The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions and public transport.
Unfortunately, the roadworks outside disrupted access, starting at an early hour. This.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were modern, marvellous and incredible location close to the Main Square of the Old Town, an Italian restaurant and passing trams. Tbh, had a fantastic stay in the winter time.
Well, no view.

The hotel looked more like a 4-star with gorgeous rooms. The reception staff rotated, so someone was there 24/7, made checking in easy and stress-free. Everyone we spoke to was polite and genuinely helpful. A mere 5-7 minute walk took us to the main square, great to soak in the sights along the way. The convenience of a 24-hour store opposite the hotel was a nice touch. There were roadworks nearby , made access a bit tricky. It wasn't horrible, but knowing that may help future guests plan accordingly. The breakfast was decent with enough variety, but some vegetarian options would be great. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm and location, and I would consider returning, especially for a family trip later on.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for three nights. Super comfy bed and pillows made it easy to sleep well. The shower room felt brand new, and everything was super clean, which I loved. Plus, there were nice touches like a mini-fridge and coffee/tea facilities. The only thing is the noise outside from roadworks sometimes disrupted the peace. But overall, the room was a great spot to relax after exploring the city.

The terrace in the Double Room offers a unique spot for breakfast or dinner. Proximity to the old town means easy walks to nearby attractions, which adds a lovely touch to exploring the area.
Roadworks outside create an inconvenient start to mornings with dust clouds and noise at the crack of dawn. Some rooms may feel smaller than expected, particularly for those planning on longer stays, which can lead to cramped feelings. The Wi-Fi connection drops during peak hours.
