The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions and public transport.

Unfortunately, the roadworks outside disrupted access, starting at an early hour. This.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were modern, marvellous and incredible location close to the Main Square of the Old Town, an Italian restaurant and passing trams. Tbh, had a fantastic stay in the winter time.

Ideal accommodation, the breakfast was lovely, wonderful location to the riverfront. Large room, very comfy bed and perfectly clean bathroom. Perfect view of the castle. Fine experience there.

The room had great amenities like a smart TV.

Everyone we spoke to was polite and genuinely helpful. A mere 5-7 minute walk took us to the main square, great to soak in the sights along the way. The convenience of a 24-hour store opposite the hotel was a nice touch. There were roadworks nearby , made access a bit tricky. It wasn't horrible, but knowing that may help future guests plan accordingly. The breakfast was decent with enough variety, but some vegetarian options would be great. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm and location, and I would consider returning, especially for a family trip later on.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for three nights. Super comfy bed and pillows made it easy to sleep well. The shower room felt brand new, and everything was super clean, which I loved. Plus, there were nice touches like a mini-fridge and coffee/tea facilities. The only thing is the noise outside from roadworks sometimes disrupted the peace. But overall, the room was a great spot to relax after exploring the city.

The location of the hotel in Krakow is excellent, right next to the main square, the river, trams, buses, and main attractions. the units are nicely furnished and brand new, with top-floor big windows and a double bed.

Excellent location, only 5 minutes away from a hilltop castle. the room was cozy and had a very comfortable bed. - the room included a small mini fridge, Netflix, and luggage storage. - the hotel offered early check-in and provided great service overall.
